Long time no see! Yes it’s been a while. I’ve been so busy with everything, I didn’t have a chance to update. I miss this blog a lot! I’m so glad I’m back. I’ll try my best to post whenever I can.
Green is possibly one of the best colours ever! So good, that I rarely wear it and would place that colour under my “dislike” list. Not only that satin cord crystal beaded bracelets have been super popular for a while now, so long that I placed that too under my “dislike” list too. But this season, with layering bracelets and all, it has been making a huge comeback and has been growing on me ever since.
It was just time that I would amalgamate two dislikes into one like and with some satin cord and 14mm glass stone faceted beads, my first bracelet was made.

The black satin cord bracelet. I haven’t used satin cord in a while, but the bracelet outcome was pretty good. I was taught that there is certain amount of wax in the satin cord that you have to do is melt a bit of the cord to seal the ends. Plus, I couldn’t find any super glue at home to seal the end either. However, I didn’t like the black cord mix with the green beads too much. It was too “fall” for me. So I made another one.

The gold stain cord bracelet. Gold is also on my “dislike” list, but with the YSL gold rings floating around, it kind of landed in my “somewhat like” list. I absolutely love this one and it came out perfect! This is definitely on my to wear pile of jewellery for summer!

Last but not least, the straggler. I had six beads left and didn’t know what to do with it. I had boat loads of satin cord and some elastic string lying around and volia! I used up all my beads and made a half bead and half satin cord bracelet that stretches. This would definitely look good layered.
Do you like the bracelets? No? Yes? I’m kind of thinking of giving them away. I would like to see who wants them anyways…
